Products Boerger ONIXline Rotary Lobe Pump ● Robust pumping system handles pressures up to 16 bar ● Comes in four sizes from BJ090 to BL280 ● Flow rates from 40 to 100 m 3 per hour ● Ease of maintenance with Maintenance in Place (MIP) What it is: Designed with flow-simulation so ware, Boerger's new ONIXline pump range is a rotary lobe pump that can handle demanding pressures of up to 16 bar. Who's it for: The robust system is intended for pumping under high pressure and can be used for a variety of applications including waste, chemical, oil, offshore, paper/pulp and other industrial uses. It benefits from a design that allows Maintenance in Place (MIP). What's new: Available with interchangeable cartridge seals to suit individual requirements and seal plans, ONIXline has a new rotor design that promotes maximum energy efficiency through gentle, almost pulsation-free pumping. Also equipped with precision bearings that restrict sha movement, the range has robust carrier and timing gear to minimise the clearance between rotors and the pump casing. Combined with the ONIXline's innovative computer designed rotor profile and the flow- optimized inlet/outlet, other features include a large-volume intermediate chamber that allows open or closed operation. The pump casing is equipped with integrated porting for mechanical seal piping plans. Focus on…pumps NETZSCH NEMO-FSIP NETZSCH Pumps has introduced a new FSIP (full service-in-place) version of its NEMO progressive cavity pump. Ideal for wear- intensive applications, the maintenance- friendly design has been re-engineered to provide full access to all the pumps' rotating parts. NEMO progressive cavity pumps provide continuous, pressure- stable, gentle and low- pulsation conveyance of almost any process fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity. The pump is available in eleven styles with four rotor/stator geometries. ARBO thermoplastic pumps ARBO's thermoplastic mechanically sealed centrifugal pumps are an ideal choice for chemical handling or similar fluid handling applications which involve aggressive or corrosive fluids. Made from either polypropylene, polyethylene, PVDF or PTFE, they are machined from solid block and a manufacturing process that involves no injection moulding or welding. They are available in a SealPro closed-coupled design, which handles flows up to 50 m3/hr, heads to 45 metres and maximum suction pressures up to 1.5 Bar. VAUGHAN HE6W10-277 Chopper Vaughan's chopper pumps are playing a vital role in the upgrade of Thames Water's Beckton and Crossness wastewater treatment works, where capacity is being increased by 60% in preparation for the Tideway 'super sewer'. A pair of VAUGHAN HE6W10-277 Horizontal Chopper Pumps is used to drive organic waste to each of 12 anaerobic digesters across the two sites, where biogas is produced to feed CHP systems. The pumps are driven by 30kw/4 pole WEG motors, supplied by P&M Pumps Ltd.
